At Spot On, our mission is to provide world-class personalized veterinary care, delivered with concierge-level customer service in a fear-free, comfortable, and luxurious environment. We are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet’s health care, treating each and every pet as we would our own.
Dr. Philip Putter knew his community was in search of a higher level of communication & care for their animals.
We knew our community wanted more - one spot they could trust for ALL their pets needs including a pet hotel run by veterinary professionals so they were safe and comfortable. In 2017 we opened our brick & mortar location, a 16,000 square-foot facility conveniently located on the border of Stamford and Greenwich CT that houses a state of the art veterinary hospital, luxury pet hotel, fun and safe dog daycare, the highest skilled grooming spa, training and valet services. We also continue to offer veterinary house calls. Spot On brings to life our vision of a modern, one-stop destination for all your pet care needs where clients, pets, and our team are all treated with the highest level of care and respect.
When you’re here,
you’re family.
We are proud to be a local, small business that has been family owned and operated since our founding. Dr. Philip Putter worked hand in hand with his wife Becky to build Spot On from the ground up. Our family and extended family works in all aspects of the business - from dog daycare to marketing, IT and even legal.
When you’re here you and your pet are family too.
"Unlike any other vet's office."
— The McMullin Family
This facility is state of the art and unlike any other vet's office I've been to before. Both our current dogs love Dr. Putter and everyone that works at Spot On. It's a group of people who are dedicated to the well being of your animal. Can't ask for much more than that!
“We’ve even made friends in the community because of Spot On.”
— The Desisto Family
Spot On is the best - they offer incredible vet care, daycare & training programs and grooming. Our little Cavapoo pup Sadie loves going to Spot On. When we pull up she can’t wait to see her friends and the team! We’ve even made friends in the community because of Spot On. Truly the best vet in the area!
“The Whole Place is SO Clean!”
— Cindy N
White immaculate play areas. Floors are tiled. Good circulation. Smells fresh inside. No community water troughs that spread bacteria to all of the dogs drinking from it during play times.
“Much needed peace of mind.”
— Gary B.
Our three kids (Labs) are always so happy at Spot On for our vacations… and we love checking in on their room virtually.
