Thank You for Your Kind Words!
Our household loves Spot on! We use them for hotel and daycare – the facility is clean – so clean WAY cleaner than any other daycare I’ve ever used – the staff is excellent, they are super responsive to any questions and concerns and are very kind and understanding. The webcams are really fun, it’s nice to check in on our goofball during his stay there, be it lodging or for daycare. Our Doberman is large and still a baby so it is a little hard to handle but they treat him like their own and take such amazing care of him when we can’t be there. He recently had his very first boarding experience and came home tired and happy. They don’t put dogs in metal crates and leave them in all day which is nice, he literally had his own little hotel room which we just thought was awesome. Very nice design! Check them out, you’ll be glad you did!
Great boarding care for our small older Yorkie. He came back happy and healthy and will cared for. We loved the pictures of him sent while on our trip. Nice room for his stay. A good walk and a lot of well-trained staff. Might think about how to charge for pill administration as this seemed it could use revisiting especially for a compliant, easy, small dog. But all in all a great success.
